					<description>Its more about how much a newcomer to interaction design is willing to accept as the starting salary (especially if they don't have details on how advanced the job is and think its just another part time job)

Lack of information on how much one can ask for as a new designer leads to a low asking salary. There are outsourcing companies out there who would employ an XD (experience/interaction designer) in India at just 5 USD an hour (It happened to me till 3 weeks after starting, I found out that XD work is worth 24 USD an hour no matter where in the world one is located.)</description>
